Life is always changing. Did you know that some changes could impact your umbrella insurance policy and coverage? It’s up to you to let your agent know about these changes so they can help keep you properly protected. We’ve put together a list to help you review your policy and trigger a call or email to your agent if needed:
- Have you purchased a new property, auto, boat, rv, etc that we need to add to the policy?
- Please check the Umbrella Schedule and make sure all your properties, autos, boats, rvs, etc. are listed and are listed with the correct insurance company.
- Please look at the limits we have on your policy. I can easily get you a quote for more coverage if desired.
- Have there been any status changes to properties? Examples :
- You are going to be renting what was a secondary home out to temporary renters through VRBO, Airbnb, etc.
- You are going to now be renting a vacation home out long term (12+ month lease) to renters.
- Ownership/Title has changed on any vehicle, or property
